if it persists post a dxdiag and the contents of the client_setting file , can double check is ok

can see a lot of crashes for norton antitrack in the dxdiag
other then that i cant see anything out of placemaybe be sure you are launching swtor on the primary monitor and not the secondary monitor in case it is getting the resolution confused with dual monitors

No it is still crashing whenever it shows the first screen.
Now i've removed the antitrack, and i've turned off the second monitor. - 2 years ago
I think i made some progress on my own. So i found another program that was sending alerting my security, and it seems to not do that anymore...
But the game still doesn't go further than the first screen of that bald lady.
Either i've been wasting my day on this, or i fixed one problem atleast...
I'm frustruated
