SWTOR did not receive a subscription reward

Hello. Purchased a 60 day subscription. More than 5 days have passed since the purchase. The cartel coin was never credited to the account. Please help me why the enrollment did not happen. The last date for purchasing a subscription and enrolling cartel coin was 02/19/23.
