Try lowering your graphics settings to see if that makes a difference. If not please provide your DxDiag log as per here.
Are you able to provide a dxdiag per the link belgorad supplied, can pass that back to QA for investigation

Tried lowering graphics, no good.

QA are unsure why some systems get this issue , the first thing i notice from the dxdiag is that it displays as bios version F1 and if i have the right motherboard (check is right model) it displays the latest bios is F50 https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
now when one of the bios notes F42f actually mentions a game compatibility it sorta is hmm
So i guess make sure you have the latest bios installed in case it matters
