SWTOR Game Time Code not working

I bought a game time code from Amazon, and when I went to redeem the code on the site, it said there was a verification error and when I erased it and went to redeem the code again, it said the code ...

    I have let them know you haven't received an email , it was asking you to call support , but that isnt needed now , am trying to get the ticket raised back to the agent that picked it up originally for you

Can you reply to the email you received from swtor support , let them know the account is active now

      I know you don't work for EA, but thank you for your help. Support was able to get me the time.
