In order to reset your character's location you would need to submit an in-game ticket on another character for them to move it to the fleet. This type of issue happens if you log out while logged into someone else's strong hold and I've heard it happening if you log out while on a guild Flagship.
Simply submit an in-game ticket on another character and include the following:
Name of Character Stuck
Server
Date / Time last logged in
Where you logged out from
Unfortunately the in-game ticket is the only way to resolve this, it's not something phone support or a forum admin can fix. Once you submit a ticket allow 3 - 5 business days for them to resolve, note it may be sooner or later, just depends on volume.

Problem and reason I was forced to turn here was because despite being a customer, game purchaser, CE owner and overall having spent 300 euro on the game. Because I am now of preferred status - apparently submitting tickets for help, inside the game is only available if you pay a monthly fee for the privilige of such service.
I've been considering buying a 3-month subscription again, but when my character is unavailable to play due to reasons beyond my control or fault: It's not a situation where a customer becomes motivated to spend money.
While you may not have direct control or the power to help me, perhaps processing the issue on towards those who actually can, would be of great, appreciated help.- Anonymous10 years ago
There is another way to get your character back
If you are in another persons stronghold, they need to remove access from you, and your chars will all be kicked out finally freeing them.
If you are stuck in a guildhold/ship/whatever the fix is to kick you from the guild, then reinvite you.If these workarounds can't be done then you need to simply submit an in-game ticket on another character and include the following:
Name of Character Stuck
Server
Date / Time last logged in
Where you logged out from

3-5 days?? really that is some stupid *. you guys are just lazy and dont want to do anything about it. Fix this issue and put those dev's to work.

Unfortunately we users, champions and hero's can't do anything to accelerate the process. We can only give you advice and information as we are not EA/BW employees. We are volunteers that help fellow gamers out, nothing more nothing less.

Well, volunteer for me and ask them to get their * together, to fix issues like this that should never exist in the first place? Tell them to get working and stop posting so many polls and pictures on twitter. Seems to me that they are so good at that, but not fixing worthless issues. Iv spent so much money on this game yet they cant fix issues that allow me to enjoy this game, i also pay 15bucks a month to play and for them to DO THEIR JOB, which includes fixing *... I hope they see this, but they are greedy and dont care even when they get the money. Thankyou
