Problem and reason I was forced to turn here was because despite being a customer, game purchaser, CE owner and overall having spent 300 euro on the game. Because I am now of preferred status - apparently submitting tickets for help, inside the game is only available if you pay a monthly fee for the privilige of such service.
I've been considering buying a 3-month subscription again, but when my character is unavailable to play due to reasons beyond my control or fault: It's not a situation where a customer becomes motivated to spend money.
While you may not have direct control or the power to help me, perhaps processing the issue on towards those who actually can, would be of great, appreciated help.
There is another way to get your character back
If you are in another persons stronghold, they need to remove access from you, and your chars will all be kicked out finally freeing them.
If you are stuck in a guildhold/ship/whatever the fix is to kick you from the guild, then reinvite you.
If these workarounds can't be done then you need to simply submit an in-game ticket on another character and include the following:
Name of Character Stuck
Server
Date / Time last logged in
Where you logged out from
Unfortunately the in-game ticket is the only way to resolve this, it's not something phone support or a forum admin can fix.
