Unfortunately since 4.0 released their ticket volume has been much higher then normal. All tickets are answered in order they are received and the response time is also based on the issue and what needs to be done to resolve it.
They will get you a response ASAP however unfortunately they won't be able to provide etas on the forum. You can try to call them to see about getting it escalated and a resolution but that would be the only other avenue since you've already submitted a ticket.
