SWTOR is not launching under the new launcher

I have problem with launcher , when i log in launcher is stop working

take the system to a clean boot see if it persists , don't forget to return back to normal boot.

Just want to check if this actually has any affect on this error

I delete folder and run launcher but it stil not work , I also run repair utility and now after i log i see in the right corner a blue loading circle .

I try with CCleaner , changing to french language and when i change language then its starts to work but now this trick not work :/
