Attach a security key and get 100cc / month , not sure if that helps, can use winauth on the pc if no mobile.
Refer lots of friends is another way to get cc
get some credits in game and then you can buy it from the GTN as people but those up for auction.
best way to do it, is probably operations with the money bosses and heroics. complete quests and you will get credits 🙂
that is probably faster than waiting every month for your coins.
