SWTOR Key Activation Code

Now I can't put the Activation Code because I just guessed the activation code. Now I can't log out of it.

i am having the same problem i cant leave it empty it wont let me i keep going around in circles even though i d/l google authenticator and the star wars old republic authenticator neither of those codes work no matter what no codes not sms to my phone not from the authenticators work with not the star wars web site (cant log into my account) nor with the launcher 

please help

You are  best phoning them (Link) and manually getting the key removed , the security key app needs a code from the website to generate the correct codes, and this is then based on the correct time on the device in accordance with time.gov

The login should proceed to prompt for the security key if the username and password is correct , if they are not correct it will say login failed.

Been trying to login into SWTOR, something must have reset my security key app, now it says it needs the Activation Code.

I have went to swtor.com and requested a new number, that did not work, I tried changing my password, then it said it needed the code again

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same problem

I have tried ringing customer support, but no matter what time of day it says they are not there, even with proper time conversion

if you dont have a functioning key and the password is wrong , calling is the only way they need to remove the key manually

I would say for you early morning is best say up until 11 am NSW time at the latest maybe best to try around 9 am
