SWTOR Launcher doesnt launch

Please attach a copy of your launcher logs. These should be found in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86 if on 64 bit)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\logs
I would take the system to a clean boot per here , leave the bitraider processes enabled though. and then see if it behaves, if it does , selectively enable things until you find the conflict.
as always ensure both launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in all the exception lists for the Anti Virus and Fiewall
