There should be no version of the chromium framework in the common path including syswow64 folder , these files should be contained in the program folders, otherwise different versions will cause issues.

Current Mode: 1862 x 1048 (32 bit) (60Hz) is a very odd windows resolution to be running why isn't this 1920 x 1080 ?

run a repair scan per this link and edit the client_setting file per this link and see if any change

Thank you, what I did was delete the libcef.dll and ucudt.dll in the sysWOW64 folder. And use the ones in the main folder. The monitor resolution however is customized because of the hardware itself. The game works perfectly now.
