Swtor steam subscription not activating

Hi, I bought a subscription yesterday, but it does not even plan to activate itself, although it was written that it is automatically activated after purchase, help solve this problem   ...

I paid for a subscription and my account shows the receipts yet my account show inactive. My display name is: Codexena. Please advise.

@codexena I just bought some game time as well and it's still showing inactive...thinking this is a bug with their sales software?
