i've sent a mail to support on thursday, nothing so far. even reached out on twitter. did switch email address today and did it again from new mail, i REALLY hope they'll finally get it done now

nvm, sent email on wednesday xD tweeted @swtor on friday (two days after my initial mail went out) and got no reply there either. my twitter is tiny__josh, so one underscore more than my username here :D my steam name's the same as here and twitter's displayed as tiny_josh as well
in fairness, the mail i sent it from said googlemail instead of gmail since i couldnt change that for whatever reason, but i said in my mail that it shouldnt matter since it's literally the same address so idk
