Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). SWTOR...

I contacted support by phone and I got told that I need to contact swtor support by email to restore my EA account, but in a previous email they told me to contact phone support because by email they cant do that???

I'm honestly getting sick of this. I contacted support a total of 5 times.

I know my old EA account was disabled, so why I don't get any help with it?

Won't be easier to link my swtor account to a new EA account? I think I provided more than enough proofs of my purchase and ownership on email.

glad to hear gametime has been added

if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends

Hello!
Bought a subscription on Steam, but still not activated in game. Previous cartel coin purchase was fine.
Account is linked. SWTOR username is Cynep-Tpynep

Please help.

Support have your screenshots but cant add the gametime due to the below

The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped

use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a Mail.ru address (Swtor has a different address)

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.

let me know if you think have sorted it and can recheck
