SWTOR ID: tyralordk
I contacted support by phone and I got told that I need to contact swtor support by email to restore my EA account, but in a previous email they told me to contact phone support because by email they cant do that???
I'm honestly getting sick of this. I contacted support a total of 5 times.
I know my old EA account was disabled, so why I don't get any help with it?
Won't be easier to link my swtor account to a new EA account? I think I provided more than enough proofs of my purchase and ownership on email.
You need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix an account issue that is preventing the steam gametime being added to your account

Yes if you link the steam account that made the purchase to a new swtor account , you will need to email the screenshots using the new email address on the new swtor account

glad to hear the gametime was added to your account
if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends
