Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Support have your screenshots but cant add the gametime due to the below
The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped
use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a Mail.ru address (Swtor has a different address)
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
