Support cant add any gametime until the below is done
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona "altries" that account uses a "different yahoo email to swtor" , but is a yahoo.com email
use the following link (insert the yahoo email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know if you get this sorted and can recheck

Ok I reset the password and logged into the account. Is there anything else I needed to do?
- 3 years ago@proxos666 Hello. Like the others i have the same issue. I sent the email to support as instructed with the 3 screenshots from steam. I also made an EA account just now. I have the swotr account since 2012 and last time i played was 2017. I activated my characther and purcheased 90 days sub. Tried to call support in UK but i got the message that they are not available. Is there anything further i can do?

support have added the gametime , you will need to relog
if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased after this gametime ends

Support said the account is fine , they also cant see an email for the steam purchase , but if it was sent from an email address different to what is on the swtor account , they wont be able to tell its in the queue
edit: support can see the email was handled now and you have the 90 days added so thats good to hear

Hey @proxos666 , I took some time off from the game but left my subscription renewal from Steam running non stop and when I decied to log back on today (March 16th), the game was prompting me to subscribe again.
I went to my account info to check and I was billed back on February 18th, so I still have a few days to spare before the next cycle.
I took some screenshots and described the situation to send to the support e-mail there is in another helping post of yours. I'm sending through the same e-mail registered on the account.

Update. i talked to customer service and they said my account was disabled. so everyone needs to know if your account is activated. follow the mod's guide to the T on sending screen shots as well.

I will need the swtor displayname to check with support , however i wont get an answer now until Saturday , this is due to a holiday in ireland for the support team.

cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account until this is resolved , this is to stop it continually failing
it will be saturday before i have a response here due to support have a holiday , the english phone line will be open however during the listed hours

gametime has been added to your account
if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends

can you give me step by step instruction on how to cancel the subscription on steam?
