I have purchased the subscription plan from Steam and my subscription plan has not been updated.
I sent an E-mail as described in the beginning of this thread. Could you please assist with this issue.

Support have your steam screenshots , however they cant add the gametime due to an account issue
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can help you get this sorted
