@KatoKruz I hear it but its the only way to make it happen. Tripple check your bank statement to make sure it went through and not refunded or something. Idk just thinking.
Make sure to get in touch with paypal as well! they may be able to refund you the money or dispute it or something.

EA / Swtor can and will ban ea/origin and swtor accounts for chargebacks, recommendation is to "always" request refunds through CS to avoid these account issues.
