Support have your screenshots, however cant add the gametime until the below is done
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona nickwing33 that account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Let me know when done and i can check again for the steam purchase

This is ridiculous, they can't fix it like forever judging from Steam purchase page. I have no idea how do they manage it, but before the war I have worked as an IT manager on multiple startup and development companies and working with API especially the one that Steam offers is not a great challenge, I wonder if they're just messing up with the webhooks or just have too much legacy on the website/launcher.
I came back home for a rotation from the frontline, decided to chill a bit, but instead I'm just frustrated, as my purchases on the website do not work all of my cards a denied without any coherent error message about why.
I did like everything I could, also reset EA account, but in the end was forced to get a Steam subscription... I've already submitted everything by guide on Steam purchase not working.
I'm not a single moment surprised how bad EA at managing things. I'm staying away from their games and projects for life and for a good reason.

Support said you need to call when the lines are open to fix an account issue on the account , this needs to happen to be able to add gametime from steam purchases
Is there any way I can contact them via email? Can't call them using Skype etc.

There is support@swtor.com , however they will respond asking you to call
Support said gametime was added yesterday , so that is good to hear
if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased after this gametime ends

Support have your email , however cant add the gametime due to the linked ea account has been disabled and its data was wiped
That account had a hotmail email address ( likley email used to create the swtor account , if you know that email try resetting the password to reset the account in this link
let me know if you think its done and i can check and chase up the steam gametime

I have been playing Star Wars The Old Republic for years. My subscription on Steam is active, I succesfully paid three days ago. It says the next payment will be in February.
But when I enter the game all of the sudden it says I'm not subscribed. When I check the game website it says not subscribed.
In-game I can't write a ticket because they claim I'm not subscribed. But I did pay and been subscribed for very long time.
