Hi, I recentry bought a subscription via steam too but my game status still being "preferred", (my account is linked). I sent an e-mail with the screenshots that are required but i have no answer.

This is ridiculous, they can't fix it like forever judging from Steam purchase page. I have no idea how do they manage it, but before the war I have worked as an IT manager on multiple startup and development companies and working with API especially the one that Steam offers is not a great challenge, I wonder if they're just messing up with the webhooks or just have too much legacy on the website/launcher.
I came back home for a rotation from the frontline, decided to chill a bit, but instead I'm just frustrated, as my purchases on the website do not work all of my cards a denied without any coherent error message about why.
I did like everything I could, also reset EA account, but in the end was forced to get a Steam subscription... I've already submitted everything by guide on Steam purchase not working.
I'm not a single moment surprised how bad EA at managing things. I'm staying away from their games and projects for life and for a good reason.
