you should have subscriber status ingame now
Swtor support had to cancel the renewal of the subscription to fix the account, so when the gametime ends you will need to repurchase a subscription- 2 years ago
I am having the same issue, I purchased through Steam today although still saying Freeplay! Can you help please. I have cancelled the subscription as you put on here but not sure what else to do,

where was the purchase made ? steam , swtor.com etc

Support have your email, you will need to resend new screenshots though as the ones you sent were cropped at the top
be sure they show as seen in the guide
