SWTOR Time Codes Already Redeemed? / EA Balance Used too

Hi there!

So recently I've been wanting to get back into Star Wars - The Old Republic. Been playing it on and off for the last several years and I've just had the itch. Normally I go through with Amazon to buy my Game Time codes as it's primarily the easiest way of doing it. I bought 2 60 Day Time Codes through them and attempted to apply them to my Account on the SWTOR website proper. Both errored out on the Website and when I refreshed the site both times with them, when inputted they have both been used.

Confused, I attempted to also use my EA Balance to buy 60 Days thinking this would ultimately work long enough for me to contact support. The purchase went through and at the end of it my balance was charged the amount of the 60 Days but the time wasn't applied to my Account.

Was wondering if there was any way to get assistance on this.
