Swtor unable to change email

I am unable to update the email address on my swtor account. When I try, I get a message that the change is successful, but it does not update and I never receive an email to confirm.

Thank you. But, apparently it's not that easy. I tried two different email addresses and EA gives me a message on both that the address is invalid. 🤨

Try an email address you've never used with EA or SWTOR before, or even create a brand new throwaway email address just to verify. You can change it back once it's validated and you can log in again.

One of them was completely new to EA... Both might have been, but one for sure.

Any other thoughts?

  If your in a position to, give CS a call (Link to numbers) and see if they can apply the email address manually to the swtor account and validate.
