SWTOR Wont Start

So, I did clean install, switched from WIN10 32bit to 64bit, and since SWTOR was installed on other partition it remained in my pc. i started launcher, logged in and clicked play, nothing happened. launcher closes, and nothing happes. i did it again and again and nothing. i found one of solutions for it-delete folder Bitraider, start launcher and wait for update, so i did that. Launcher finished downloading, so i clicked play and again same result-launcher closes and nothing happens at all.
Please, help

    @JoeMDFK

    If you press the windows key and type reliability , open the reliability history are there any events occurring when trying to start swtor ?

    Make sure launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in the antivirus and firewall exception lists just to be certain they are not interfering

    If you happen to have a different monitor to test with , it is actually worthwhile just to check for a very rare issue.

    From here I do know win 8 use to have issues if this directx redist wasnt installed , havent seen this with win 10 yet but given the issue see if you can install this directx redist - link

    yep , only thing I can notice in it is you will get a better monitor picture using a DVI cable as opposed to the VGA cable.

     Grab the launcher repair utility at this link and extract those files into the where the game is installed , see if this has any impact.

    If you press the windows key + R and paste the below and press ok does the location exist ?

    %localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings

    @proxos666 i dont see any errors for launcher and game in reliability, i can upload SS maybe i dont see something that you would see. I downloaded DirectX from link u provided, and now it's asking me where to extract. Where to? Direct X folder in system partition or?
    UPDATE: im uploading SS of reliability screen
    and yeah, swtor worked normally up untill yesterday when i did clean install from 32bit to 64bit, and as i mentioned, since it was not in system partition, it remained installed. maybe i need to delete it in total and download it again in order for it to work?

    A fresh install of the game might not be necessary, but it might be worth running the setup again: www.swtor.com/download

    Also, as you're working off a fresh install of Windows, have you run Windows Updates to make sure there are none available? The goal here is to get to the point where 'Check for Updates' comes back saying "No updates available".

    Its all ok, direct x was the problem. And yeah, windows is up to date. Thank you anyway
