That Declaration of War bug

I've run into the bug that others have mentioned...at the end of "Declaration of War" in Chapter 3 of the Sith Warrior story, the holo image freezes. It's impossible to continue the conversation and the game since I can't move on. I am on Ebon Hawk server.

I've sent an email to support (no response) and have tried the following:

1. Restarting the game
2. Rebooting my computer
3. Resetting the mission and running it again
4. Spamming the spacebar
5. Pressing ESC to get out of the conversation and then immediately trying again
6. Leaving Quash and trying to do the conversation while my ship is above the Fleet and other planets
7. Taking the 'long way' to leave Quash (not using any travel points and going to the Orbital Station to get to my ship)
8. Graphics are set very low
9. Bloom is off
10. I have tried windowing/not windowing
11. Trying to travel to Belsavis (I'm getting a message on the travel screen on the galaxy map that the planet needs to be unlocked)
12. Playing on a different hard drive

I'd really like to keep playing so would appreciate help getting past this bug. Thank you.
