Forum Discussion
I am trying to call the 0011442081969890 number now. I think my mobile is blocked for international calls though. ☹️
lines open at 1am , so not open yet, most vodafone mobile plans offer free calls to the UK for example
as to your mobile plan sometimes overseas calls can be disabled in the online account

Haha..going to be a late one for me. Just got my phone unlocked for international calls.

You will need to call , cant disclose more then the domain over an open forum ,so need to pass security check , they can change the email on that EA account for you if need.

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona darthmalerius (not Malerius93 your posting on now) that EA account uses a hotmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Good day
The same issue here, need to subscribe and purchase some Cartel Coins, but just can't.
Don't think though, that EA doesn't want my cash or something 🙂

Support cannot see an email from you , they can see you called previously, they said if you call again and request to upload the screenshots whilst on the phone to an ea ticket will be best and quickest to get this sorted for you
- proxos6665 years agoHero+
You will need to call swtor support to fix an account issue , as to the steam purchase they have no email from you at present
either email in screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
or ask to upload the screenshots to an ea ticket when you call support

@proxos666Ok, I will contact support after I finish work. [Edit] Will I be able to use Skype to contact support?
About mail, it is weird, as I sent it 10 hours ago.
[Edit] Just checked it once more, a stupid mistake, I sent it from an email address that didn't have a dot, while the one I used to create swtor/ea account had a dot. - proxos6665 years agoHero+
skype is ok , hours open and numbers are in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message

Support said your account looks fine now
if still seeing the error , use incognito mode on chrome initially or delete the web browser cache and cookies.
