unable to register phone based security key, also miffed about CD install

Ok ensure you have the app made after Jun 2015 as per the link.

As per the link you dont even need to use the swtor application, it is fully compliant with the RFC 6238 so google authentication etc works just the same.

fully familiar with the old launcher unable to connect under certain conditions, one of those 2 methods would of fixed it.

Just to be clear , your swtor serial number from the CE has nothing what so ever with registering the key , follow this link after removing the physical key
