Unable to Retrieve Server List (SWTOR)/ISP needs to get connected with EA

    Thanks for your help. I've solved the issue on my end. I've found out that the CovenantEyes app on my computer was a version that had a broken update system. I have manually updated the app and I am able to access the game now.

Run the repair utility at this link to be sure the game files are up to date

Otherwise most common cause of this is usually antivirus or firewall , so ensure both launcher.exe and swtor.exe have full access , even best to remove and re-add exceptions.

it can also be caused if different program compatibility has been applied to both launcher.exe and swtor.exe (and game shortcut), no server list can be what occurs.

ESET - disable protocol filtering

Kaperskey - disable scan secure/encrypted connections

Nortons (Firewall) set specifically to "allow" not "auto"

    Thanks for replying! I've tried all that. My isp tried to open ports and flush dns but still no access. They have requested to get connected with EA as the next step.
