WIth the game running , use speccy (Link) and save the info as a txt , and provide me a link to it in a PM , do not post it on here, worst case ask to email it to me.

If your issue started immediately after a patch then exceptions are the first thing to look at
what antivirus and firewall do you use ? remove exceptions for both launcher.exe and swtor.exe and re-add them
ESET - disable protocol filtering
Kaperskey - disable scan secure connection
Nortons (Firewall) Set exceptions to specifically "Allow" as "Auto" can auto block
