United Forces Pack Not Received

I purchased the united forces pack deal that comes with subscription and a bunch of other stuff, my bank account was charged but i did not receive the pack. not sure what happened pls help.

@drakem15 Sorry to hear you still didn't receive anything. Can you call in so we can investigate further?

i cant call in i do not currently have a phone and i dont wanna pay for it. Is there any other way someone can help me?
