Why is my order processing time taking so long it has been over 24 hours?

Why is my order taking so long it has been over 24 hours since I placed 2 orders of Stars Wars The Old Republic? 1 for myself and 1 for my girlfriend.

We both have already contacted EA support and they  could do nothing but suggest us to cancel the orders and try to order again in hopes that it would go through faster... Yet they could not be sure if it would or not so we both decided it best to wait to see if our original orders go through instead of trying our luck on a gamble.

This is day 3 since we have ordered  and while I am still pretty calm about this whole thing she is starting to get really annoyed and upset over this.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Did you order these from the origin website or from swtor.com directly?

    If you purchased through origin website, contact them through here

    If it;s been that long I would defo give Swtor support a call, they should be able to see why the delay - it could be for a number of reasons but order processing can take up to 72 hours.  They at least might be able to give you info!
