Windows 10 Nvidia drivers crashing while playing ToR

Yea I've been having a lot of issues with my Nvidia drivers crashing a lot while playing ToR since upgrading to Windows 10, I haven't had issues with any other game I've been playing recently (MGS V)...

i have the same issues with SWTOR and WIN10, and have a gtx 970 vga...

this is a really bad situation

If this is a EVGA 970 , this post maybe related , email evga and see if any new firmware is available.

EVGA 980s have issues to see here for history
