After defeating Visser

Every time I defeat Visser, I can get by the two cutscenes that come after, and I even get the "reports" menu, but right after that, my screen goes grey and just freezes for maybe 15 minutes, then the game crashes and closes. I've already tried to see if maybe it was just one save file, but I'm 3 games deep and all of them bug in the same place.
