    I had the same issue with the icon missing, but was still able to use "x" on my PS5 controller to have an operator do the action.

I have the same issue. I am on ps5. I tried turning off my ps5 and unplugging it. Then reloading before the mission was launched and the prompt still will now show up. 

Please help we need a solution this. I don't have a way to progress.
