Bug: Cannot close medbay tutorial when insufficient credits

I have never needed to open the Medbay before, so I have never seen the tutorial of it. Today, I opened it with less than 600 credits. The "tutorial" ("Assign an Operator to a Medical Bed") blocks me from exiting, and I cannot assign the operator because of insufficient credits.  Had to restart the game to exit the Medbay.
