Cannot confirm overwatch

In the second tutorial mission where the game teaches you overwatch, it will not let me confirm. I am playing on PC with AMD Ryzen AI 7 450 w/ Radeon 860M, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU. Any help would be appreciated.
