Crashes after completing Unfinished Business

Happened three times now and I've updated Nvidia and verified files in Steam.

After i complete the mission, a short cutscene plays out and after just before returning to base the game crash out and asks if i want to send a bug report.

Another thing that feels strange is that my ability to quick save is not working, but my latest save is a quick save from the beginning of the second part of this mission.

Dear Devs, what's a man to do? I would like to finish the game.
