deluxe edition items not showing up
i have contacted steam and they said i have to go through EA so after talking with someone they said i have to contact steam. i have all proof i bought the deluxe edition including bank statements, invoives and it even show up in my steam account but the content is not there in game EG arc trooper outfits

Your Cosmetic Pack bonus content should be available when you customize Hawks after launching the game for the first time.
If you can't find it at the start, please finish the initial battle tutorial to unlock the Den. Once you unlock it, go to the Customization Facility, select the Outfits tab to find bonus uniforms, helmets, and armor sets.
If that doesn't work either, please follow this guide to find missing bonus content, gather all the information in the section How do I get help if I still can’t find my content? and reach out to the Customer Support team to take a closer look at your account and game license.
