EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION writing address 0x0000000000000000

Lets see what we can do to look into this for you.

Would you be able to upload your save file so we can send it on to be looked at to see if we can find out whats causing this error?

If unsure where to find the save game files you can find them by looking for this directory : Users\Username]\AppData\Local\SWZeroCompany\Saved 

Once the save files are uploaded we can take a look and see if we can figure out whats causing this problem for you.

I got around this once by loading into a combat autosave first, and then it let me load the den save afterwards. Unsure how consistently this works though.

Same thing for me. Does anyone(Hopefully a dev at EA) have a fix for this? It's annoying I can't play this game and I really enjoy it.

Same thing, I thought it was the mods’ fault, but no. It crashes both with them and without them; restarting and reinstalling doesn’t help — I’m starting to play again for the fifth time. It starts crashing after a few missions, and in rare cases it might load from the same save — but mostly it doesn’t. It’s a very rough product.

Did you manage to find a fix? I've been having this same problem since release. Half of my 7 hours of playtime is troubleshooting.
