FXAA, TAA issues

Any smoothing requires DLSS; this causes problems with edge ghosting during cutscenes and movement; this gives me eye strain and motion sickness. I tried FXAA and TAA options but they are extremely pixelated (pictures attached).

I can't turn off motion blur and it seems like the game has a film grain effect. Unable to turn this off in settings. This adds to the eye strain and motion sickness.

Major stuttering while walking around the ship regardless of graphical level (low, medium, or high).
