Game crashes upon loading a save or pressing continue

I’ve tried everything to trouble shoot this problem but even if i start a new campaign then load my save or save when I’m in direct control of Hawks it just will not work! First game I ever pre ordered and the deluxe edition at that and I regret it so much. It’s crazy to have an unplayable game on launch.
