19 hours into my Extreme run, game crashed and lost all progress. After reopening the game, the load save button is grayed out, and continue button is nonexistent. Chat with support documented below.

Same thing happened to me, except not as far into the run. Game crashed after the mission where you first encounter Tel-Rea in a cutscene. When opening the game back up, Continue would load my old run and there was no Expert Beskar run available in Load either.
Mine also crashed after the Tel-Rea mission except I was able to continue, it just resumed at the end of combat when I loaded
