Overwatch and Stuttering needs to be fixed

Hello, first of all, thank you for this great game, apart from some stuttering that I'm suffering using a 4070super and Ryzen 7 32GB Ram playing on 2k windows 11  (yes I follow the steps with troubleshooting guide), I noticed that overwatch have multiple problems, sometimes when there are a height difference between enemies and us, even if the enemies walk into the bright blue cone, the overwatch doesn't trigger correctly, also, sometimes It triggers when the enemies walks very far from the cone, and other times it just simple ignore the enemies, please take a look of this feature cause I want fair battles, not free random handicap, thank you
