The camera is kinda all over the place

PC player. Camera is doing very weird things during combat. First of all, many times when enemies play, it gets stuck behind a wall or a building or a rock and you can't see what is happening. We should have the ability to rotate the camera when enemies play so we see what is happening. 

Sometimes it also yeets me in the side of the map, not sure how this happens or if I do something to trigger it.  It definitely does that when I change operators with Tab and I try to select an action. 

Also, finding a bit difficult to move operators on higher or lower levels, game struggles to find the path many times. and the camera can change rapidly.
