Weird V-Sync issue

Hello. I have a weird issue regarding V-Sync. 

I have turned V-Sync on in the game options. However, whenever I close the game and restart it, V-Sync seems to be turned off. The game options show it still s „on“ but it is cleraly off after each restart of the game. I have to set it off and on again after each restart so ist working properly. I would papreciate if this oculd be fixed so V-Sync stays always on.

My system specs: 

PC, Windows 11 (25H2), intel i7-12700KF (3.60 GHz), NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB VRAM, (driver 610.88) 32GB RAM, SSD with 2TB
