A toon to bring balance to the force.
We need a DPS toon that does triple damage against toons with tenacity up. Best candidate here would probably be a bounty, jango, or Aurra.

Or maybe rework tenacity up to act more like other buffs? Tenacity up grants 25~50% more tenacity (additive bonus) instead of 9999%?
