Character Release Cadence and Talzin, Zombie, Spirit, and Wicket

Nearly two months ago(Jan 23, 2018), a CG Dev posted: Starting today, the following Character Shards will be made available in Shipments. Going forward, you’ll also see them in more traditional farm...

These characters don't follow the traditional release cadence so they don't apply to the 4-6wks packs/4-6wks f2p location, probably stretching it out to not enrage more whales who paid to 7* them..
..and they didn't give a specific date/time frame for when they would be, look at ship hardware "coming soon"
