What does the the speed have to be on a team of datcha(l), CLS, and raid han.?

The only thing you can do is make sure all of your attacks have the chance to remove TM. If it gets resisted then, oh well, he gets a turn. Hopefully it doesn't happen too much and he doesn't get more than 14 them.
